Account Executive — EMEA
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts across EMEA. Sell our messaging, CPaaS, and security products to banks, retailers, and technology companies.
Business Development Representative
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and inbound lead follow-up. Partner with Account Executives to build a strong enterprise pipeline.
Technical Support Engineer
Provide world-class technical support to our enterprise customers. Troubleshoot API integrations, diagnose messaging delivery issues, and work closely with engineering to resolve complex problems.
Customer Success Manager
Own the post-sale relationship with key enterprise accounts. Drive adoption, ensure retention, and identify upsell opportunities by deeply understanding customer messaging needs and business goals.
