Elevated SMS Delivery Latency — US Routes
Between 14:12 and 14:59 UTC, a subset of US carrier routes experienced elevated delivery latency due to a configuration update on a downstream interconnect partner. Traffic was automatically rerouted within 12 minutes. All deliveries were eventually successful with no message loss. A post-incident review has been completed and the configuration change process has been updated.
Number Intelligence API — Increased Error Rate
Between 08:31 and 08:54 UTC, a database connection pool exhaustion event caused a 6% error rate on /v1/lookup endpoints. Affected requests returned 503 responses. The connection pool limit was increased and autoscaling thresholds were adjusted. No data was lost or corrupted.
Customer Portal — Slow Page Loads
Customers experienced slow dashboard load times between 19:00 and 20:12 UTC due to a misconfigured CDN cache invalidation. API functionality and message delivery were unaffected throughout. The CDN configuration was rolled back and caches were re-warmed.
